My background includes desktop and end-user support, hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, Wi-Fi, routers/firewalls, structured network setup, servers/NAS, Microsoft environments, Linux, cybersecurity fundamentals, and general IT infrastructure. I have experience supporting both residential and business technology and am comfortable troubleshooting problems on-site or remotely.
I am currently continuing my education in Computer Support & Networking and working toward additional industry certifications. I also operate Velvet Ridge Technologies, a division of Lence Enterprises, for independent technology services and project work.
