UK female teacher currently living and teaching in South Korea, seeking a new position starting March 2027.
Teaching Experience
* Currently teaching kindergarten and elementary students (ages 6–11) at a Korean academy.
* Specialise in academic writing, paragraph development, reading comprehension and written expression.
* Create original writing activities, journal prompts, comprehension worksheets and supplementary curriculum tailored to students’ abilities.
* Prepare students for SR, TOEFL and TOSEL, developing reading skills, vocabulary, comprehension and test readiness.
* Experienced in preparing mock tests and speeches, marking assessments, managing homework and tracking student progress.
* TEFL-certified with previous professional experience at KPMG UK and experience proofreading university-level academic essays.
Position Requirements
* Start date: March 2027
* Salary: ₩2.8 million+ per month
* Visa: Currently on an E-2 visa in South Korea
* Housing: Employer-provided housing required
* Location: Seoul preferred; open to Subway Lines 2 and 7 and the Itaewon area
* Schedule: Afternoon start preferred, no earlier than 12 PM
* Students: Preferably higher-level elementary students, with a focus on academic writing and reading comprehension
