My name is Will. I am a contractor with 30+ years experience — I can fix anything on a house. I'm looking for a rental in the West Virginia/Virginia region — within about an hour of the state line. Budget around $850/month, whole house or standalone unit only — no room shares. Must allow dogs: my dog recently passed and I'd like to adopt again down the road.

Skills I bring: foundations, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, tile, flooring, paint, siding, decks, windows, doors — plus rental turnovers, rehabs, property preservation, and emergency repairs. I have my own tools, reliable transportation, a valid license, and insurance.

What I want: a place that needs work, where I trade skilled labor for a break on rent or deposit. Also open to ongoing deals — routine maintenance and repairs, or on-site caretaker / property management help for reduced rent.
