**Experienced Construction Professional Seeking Remote or Hybrid Opportunity**
I am an experienced construction professional with over 8 years of experience in residential construction and homebuilding, seeking a new opportunity with a general contractor, homebuilder, or construction-related company.
Throughout my career, I have been involved in over 600 completed home builds, developing a strong understanding of construction operations, project coordination, and the administrative and financial processes that keep projects running smoothly.
My experience includes:
• Construction project coordination and scheduling
• Purchasing and subcontractor/vendor coordination
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR)
• Invoice processing, billing, and payment coordination
• Financial reporting and QuickBooks
• Construction documentation and project administration
• Home closing coordination with title companies, realtors, and buyers
• Vendor payments, invoice coding, and accounts payable reporting
• General construction operations and administrative support
I bring a combination of construction industry knowledge, organizational skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience supporting the day-to-day operations of a construction business. I am comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating with different parties, and helping keep projects and business operations organized and on track.
I am open to opportunities such as Construction Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Construction Administrator, Operations Coordinator, Construction Bookkeeper, AP/AR Specialist, or similar positions where my background and experience would be an asset.
**POSITION PREFERENCES**
My preference is a fully remote position, but I am also open to hybrid opportunities within a reasonable commuting distance. Ideally, I would like to work with a general contractor or homebuilder where my knowledge of the construction industry and administrative and financial experience can be put to good use.
I am interested in connecting with companies that may have current or future openings that align with my experience, even if a position is not currently advertised.
