DN Machining Inc. is looking for qualified CNC machine operator. All of our machines are Haas and we have several Mills and Lathes.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the operation of machine throughout the shift to produce parts within required tolerances.
-Make offset adjustments, sharpen, change and adjust tooling, and maintain fluids.
-Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and maintaining a clean and safe workstation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating CNC machines including setup and operation.
-Ability to call up programs, offset tools and overall knowledge of basic CNC machine operation.
-Possess strong mathematical abilities, verbal/written communication and problem solving skills.
-Ability to read and understand blueprints.
-Ability to read precision gauges and visual accuracy.
-Ability to relate to team members well and ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
-Self Starter
-Reliable and an on-time employee
1st shift
Hours are 7 to 330 pm
