I am a strong and capable 32-year-old Texas Master Naturalist seeking a work-exchange housing opportunity. I have experience living independently in an off-grid, rural environment. I am proficient in minor electrical work, land restoration techniques, property maintenance and upkeep, equine and other animal husbandry, and general caretaking. I can lift 70+ pounds, handle ladders, hike and work outdoors. I am also deeply compassionate, warm, good-humored, adventurous, independent, and a huge animal lover.

I am available mid-November through March in the Austin/Central Texas/Hill Country area and have my own reliable transportation. I am comfortable caring for a property and animals independently while owners are away.

I have one non-shedding standard poodle and am seeking a pet-friendly arrangement with a private, secure guest house, cottage, or other separate living quarters with internet. Character and work references are available.
