THE ARRANGEMENT
I'm specifically looking for a professional work/housing exchange where we agree in advance on the type of work, number of hours, and rental value.
I prefer a private room or studio and want the arrangement to be respectful, clearly defined, and mutually beneficial.
I'm not looking for an undefined live-in position or 24/7 availability. My time and skills have value, and I’m looking for an arrangement where that value is recognized through a clearly defined exchange.
