Bilingual Customer Service: English/Spanish communications, appointment coordination, customer follow-up, and client relations.
Technology & Systems: CRM platforms, online forms, booking systems, digital tools, and workflow improvements.
Project & Operations Coordination: Organizing tasks, improving processes, troubleshooting problems, and keeping projects moving forward.

Availability & Work Preferences
Hours: Approximately 20–25 hours per week
