You have at least one year of professional experience working as a barista in a busy café.
You're confident with espresso preparation, milk steaming, latte art, and maintaining consistently high coffee standards.
You're fast, efficient, organised, and focused, even during the busiest moments.
You genuinely enjoy interacting with guests and feel just as comfortable providing excellent table service as working behind the coffee machine.
You're naturally friendly, outgoing, helpful, and bring a smile and positive energy to work.
You're proactive, responsible, and always ready to support your colleagues without being asked.
You love being part of a team, enjoy working together, and believe that even a busy day should be fun.
You take pride in your work and never compromise on quality or hospitality.
