💰Compensation
• Starting from ¥450,000/month

💼Responsibilities
• Manage daily venue operations
• Lead and support floor staff
• Maintain exceptional guest service standards
• Train and motivate team members
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and operational management
• Handle guest relations and VIP customer service
✏️Requirements
✓ Strong English communication skills
✓ Conversational Japanese
✓ Valid visa with permission to work in Japan
✓ Leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, nightlife, hotel, or customer service industries
✓ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
