I am a experienced Architectural Draftsman Residential/Commercial in all phases. I am experienced and equipped for in house or remote. Any work requiring a certification I have connections to acquire. I was raised in the construction field with my father being a G.C. encouraged me to attain my first business license at the age of 19. I have worked for the same Architectural Engineer since 2014. I have completed jobs of my own requiring and getting a certified stamp for permits. From a motorcycle accident, prior to my CAD career, disabled me damaging my voice and effecting my walking. I am not disabled. I can speak, hear and walk just weak. Most of my business communication is email or text. Being the case moved me to equip myself to work remote. I can do either or both. I am looking into starting my own business in Architectural Drafting is why I am creating this post. Looking forward to your projects.
