About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Executive Travel & Vacation Planner to join our global host network from Guatemala. In this fully remote, commission-driven role, you will consult with international clients to curate tailor-made travel packages, oversee bookings end-to-end, and grow your personal client portfolio using our host agency systems and preferred supplier rates.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients via digital channels and phone to understand their holiday preferences, style, and budgets.
Design bespoke travel packages including commercial flights, boutique hotels, resort stays, ground transportation, and guided excursions.
Provide end-to-end itinerary management, serving as the primary contact for schedule adjustments, special requests, and traveler support.
Expand your personal client pipeline through direct outreach, networking, and digital referrals.
Stay up to date on international travel requirements, visa regulations, and emerging global destinations.
Requirements
Location: Resident in Guatemala authorized to work as an independent service provider (RTU / Factura Electrónica active).
Languages: Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1+) to interface with international booking platforms; native Spanish skills.
Experience: Background in travel consulting, customer success, account management, or consultative sales.
Tech Setup: Dedicated home workspace with a fast, reliable internet connection.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong negotiation capability, self-drive, and high attention to detail.
