My husband and I recently relocated from Minnesota to the Prescott area for school at Prescott College and are looking for a long-term place to call home beginning around November 17th.
We’re a quiet, clean, responsible married couple with excellent credit seeking a private rental, a small house, casita, guesthouse, cabin, duplex, or similar space in Prescott or the surrounding area.
We’re hoping to keep our total monthly housing costs under $1,500, with utilities included if possible.
We’re longtime outdoor and wilderness enthusiasts who enjoy a peaceful lifestyle and would love a safe, quiet, dog-friendly place with a little breathing room. We have one well-loved ~40 lb dog. 🐾
We also own a newer travel trailer. On-site parking would be a great bonus if permitted, but we’re completely happy to store it separately.
We’re already local and flexible while we find the right fit. We’d especially love to connect directly with a private property owner or hear about a rental that may not be publicly listed yet.
