This house comes furnished and with kitchen wares etc and there is a cedar deck adjacent to it to view garden area or have a barbecue. There is still many veggies in the garden to eat like kale,carrots,Swiss chard and I leave garlic and squash also.
This is a 6 month lease starting Nov 1 to April 30
I do allow a pet and first, last and a deposit is necessary to move in.
I would appreciate some rental and employment history and a little about yourselves which would make you great short term renters here.
There are many beautiful sites here being on the Nooksack river and Stewart mtn area so if you love nature and peace and quiet this is a great spot!
I include internet,electric,garbage ,water and septic at no additional charge
