Everson Market is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Cashier to join our team. This position combines daily bookkeeping duties with cashiering and customer service in a busy grocery store environment.
Responsibilities
Count and balance tills, cash, and deposits.
Prepare daily bank deposits and complete required reports.
Enter financial information accurately into store systems.
Maintain adequate change in the store safe.
Assist with cashiering and customer service.
Answer phones and assist with daily store operations.
Follow company policies and cash-handling procedures.
Qualifications
Previous cash-handling experience preferred.
Basic computer and 10-key skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Friendly, dependable, and able to multitask.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
