• Dispatch drivers and manage active calls
• Answer phones and accurately enter calls
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and law enforcement
• Provide ETAs and status updates
• Prioritize multiple calls in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
• Dependable with strong communication and computer skills
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Flexible Schedule Evening/weekend availability
• Dispatch or towing experience is a plus
