These are in great, fully functional condition. The heavy-duty rubber-coated steel straps show no cracking, dry-rot, or tears, and the mounting mechanism works smoothly. Includes the original paper instruction sheet as shown.

Notes on Condition / Missing Parts:
- Endcaps: Not included (cheap and easy to grab online if desired).
- Locks & Keys: Lock cylinders are installed in the handles, but no key is included (handles can still be tightened/loosened fully by hand without locking).
- Designed for standard Thule Square Load Bars (LB50, LB58, LB65).
