Kids Club Bilingual is a licensed home daycare in South Everett looking for a Teacher's Assistant to join our team.
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: 10am to 6pm M-F
Type: Full-time, year-round
What you'll do:
Supervise and keep kids safe in the classroom and on the playground
Support the lead teacher during activities, transitions, lunch time
Help set up, clean up, and keep the rooms organized
Prepare and serve lunch, snacks, including for kids with dietary restrictions
Redirect behavior calmly and help kids work through conflicts
Track attendance and write up incidents accurately
What we need:
18 or older with a high school diploma or GED
Able to pass a DCYF Portable Background Check
Current TB test
Food Handler's card
CPR, First Aid certification, and Bloodborne pathogens certificate
MERIT registration and the 30-hour Child Care Basics course completed within 3 months of start date
Experience with kids in a group setting is a plus
Spanish is a plus, not required
