This apartment home is a quiet, second floor studio with west facing tall windows and 12 foot ceilings.
Located in The Cascadian Apartments, formerly known as the Mitchell Hotel, built in 1903 as one of Everett's finest places to stay. When the hotel was converted to apartments the owners were committed to retaining many of the original features, making this building feel like you've stepped back in time!
While we are renovating, come and view this VERY cute, spacious and comfortable studio to begin dreaming of your new place to settle down. Please share your full name, phone, email, and proposed move in timeframe, and we can set an appointment.
In the meantime, the pictures posted here are representative of the vintage style consistent with our homes here.
We've maintained many of the early 20th century features including hardware, lighting and cast-iron sinks, giving a walk back in time vibe.
The Cascadian is conveniently located in downtown Everett directly across from Angel of the Winds Arena and in the same building as Brooklyn Brothers Pizzeria. Ready for move-in now toward the end of September.

2. $300 administrative fee (non-refundable)

4. Resident pays all utilities: water/sewer/garbage/gas, and Sno-PUD electric
5. Pet and smoke free community
6. 6-9-12 month lease options
7. Parking: on street; city parking garage; and waitlist for our private spaces at $60/vehicle.
8. Income must be 2.5x rent price of $1300/month
