Tobey would do better with a female owner. Once he warms up to you, he’ll let you cuddle him and give him head scratches; he loves boxes, staying out of his cage, and giving kisses. His age is unknown, the rehoming fee is $1500 firm, and experience with medium to large birds is required along with plenty of patience. He does step up, but he will need to build trust with you first.
