Looking for a stable, full-time manufacturing job with growth opportunities? Express Employment Professionals is hiring Production Workers for a leading manufacturing company in Everett. This is a long-term opportunity with multiple pay increases during training and advancement potential for dependable employees.
Starting pay: $21.00/hour
ROTATING 12-HOUR SHIFTS:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
SCHEDULE ROTATION:
3 days on, 3 days off
2 days on, 2 days off
Schedule rotates every 8 weeks
WHAT YOU'LL DO
-Palletize and stack finished products
-Keep production equipment supplied with materials
-Clean molds and production tools
-Learn machine operation and basic maintenance
-Follow safety and quality standards
QUALIFICATIONS
-Excellent attendance and reliability
-Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
-Able to stand for the duration of the shift
-Able to lift and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
-Able to reach and stack products overhead
-Basic computer skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Safety-minded and willing to learn
REQUIREMENTS
-Steel-toed shoes required before starting
-Pre-employment background check
-Pre-employment drug screen
