All Phase Cleaning, LLC is a growing local post-construction cleaning company looking for **reliable, hardworking people** to join our team.
We clean newly constructed apartments, homes, and commercial buildings throughout the Puget Sound area.
**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:**
* Rough, final, and touch-up construction cleaning
* Removing construction dust and debris
* Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, cabinets, doors, fixtures, etc.
* Interior window and glass cleaning
* Detailed cleaning of newly constructed units
* Preparing homes and buildings for turnover
* Working as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:**
* Dependable and reliable
* Strong attention to detail
* Hardworking and willing to stay busy
* Able to follow directions and work independently when needed
* Comfortable working on active construction sites
* Able to perform physical cleaning work, including bending, kneeling, standing, and climbing stairs
* Reliable transportation to job sites
* Previous cleaning or construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
**ABOUT THE JOB:**
Projects are located primarily throughout South King County, Seattle, Eastside, and surrounding areas.
Hours and project locations can vary depending on our construction schedule. There are opportunities for both ongoing and project-based work.
