She's been very well maintained and updated over our 25 years with her and is ready to move on now.

Universal M3-20B, dripless shaft seal, 2024 3 blade Max-Prop, all new standing rigging, Harken backstay adjuster, sails (2024 UK full batten main and genoa), Lazy jacks and stack pack for mainsail, Bottom paint stripped, epoxy barrier coated and painted in spring 2026, Rocna anchor and windless.
Cabin updates:
Hot & cold pressure water, Propane cook top, Dickenson propane fireplace, 2 Aluminum propane tanks with mounts and covers, Engine cabin heater, House and starting AGM batteries, Battery charger, Solar panels, Refrigeration 12volt &120volt, Water heater Engine or 120volt, all water hoses replaced, new toilet and sanitation hoses.
She has been a very nice boat to race, day sail or cruising for us and is fully capable of providing years more fun
Everett Moorage is transferable and provides viewing of the "Music at the marina" from the slip.
