Job Responsibilities:
Mask and unmask printed circuit boards before and after conformal coating.
Prepare circuit boards for coating according to work instructions.
Carefully inspect boards to ensure masking is correct and meets quality requirements.
Handle electronic components and circuit boards with care.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow company procedures and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring precision.
Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Previous manufacturing, electronics assembly, or masking experience is a plus, but not required.
