Unit is extremely heavy and has been disassembled for easy moving. The weight also makes the unit very stable even on carpeted flooring. This unit is almost commercial level and built very solid.
With the arms and foot pedals removed the unit stands approximately 57 inches high at the top of the display panel and 57 inches long. The feet under the pedals is 23 inches wide with the cowl being slightly larger.
Disassembled the item could be loaded by 2 people. Fully assembled would take 4 people.
I have all the hardware reinstalled in the locations they go with everything included, nothing missing.
Reassembly is quite easy with the only tools required being a Phillips head screwdriver, a 17mm or 11/16 wrench or socket and an 8mm hex wrench.
If you have the 4 people to load, we can quickly assemble the unit before taking.
Moving around is not too bad as it does have wheels under the front.
For testing we can attach the foot pedals, plug it in and you can give it a try. It has 20 different resistant levels and you can go through and verify they work correctly.
I also have both an operator’s manual and service manual in electronic form (pdf). Bring a memory stick and I can copy or I can email them to you. Operators is just a little over 3 meg and service is just under 4.
