Manicure-only space, no pedicures.
Included: manicure table, dust collector, UV lamp, task lighting, technician chair and client chair, storage cabinets and shelving, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, laundry access and utilities included, air purifier, and complimentary coffee, beverages and snacks for clients. Opportunity to cross-promote with our established salon and clientele.
Two options:
$500/month introductory rate, increasing to $600/month, month-to-month with 20-day notice.
Revenue-share: no rent, paid 70% commission, with reception ringing clients out and full access to your books, flipping to full monthly rent when ready.
You operate independently, set your own prices, and manage your own appointments, bookings, payments and clients.
Hours: Tuesday through Friday 10am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm. Key/code access but operate only during salon business hours.
