WES Construction is hiring carpenters and construction laborers to join our team. Our current project is a building renovation in Everett, with work starting now and opportunities to continue on future WES projects.
CARPENTERS
Work includes framing and sheathing repairs, siding installation, weatherproofing, and general carpentry. We’re looking for people who know their trade, can work independently, and care about getting the details right.
CONSTRUCTION LABORERS
Work includes demolition, hauling materials and debris, site cleanup, light excavation, landscaping, and assisting carpenters. Construction experience is preferred. You should be comfortable using basic tools, able to follow directions, and willing to learn.
FOR BOTH POSITIONS
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to handle physical work and heavy lifting
Safe work habits and a clean, organized jobsite
Ability to work well with the crew and pitch in where needed
Carpenters: $35–$40/hour
Construction Laborers: $25–$30/hour
Pay depends on experience and skills.
