We’re a growing laundromat looking for a Lead to keep the day running smoothly. This is a hands-on role with more responsibility than an attendant. Hiring, payroll and pricing stay with the owner.
What you’ll do
Run the daily flow of orders, customers and pickup & delivery routes
Direct the attendants and driver on your shift, and help train new team members
Wash, dry and fold orders to our standards, and keep the store spotless
Answer calls and texts, help customers, and solve problems on the spot
You need
Spanish and English (confident English with customers, conversational Spanish with the team)
Strong customer service skills
Comfort with technology and new apps
Reliability, and availability on weekends
A big plus: laundromat, laundry or wash & fold experience. Route or dispatch experience, a driver’s license, or experience leading a shift also help.
Pay: $21–23/hr depending on experience, plus tips (typically $3–4 more per hour). Performance incentives, WA paid sick leave.
