What You'll Do
Perform general construction and jobsite labor.
Assist crews with materials, tools, and site preparation.
Perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Follow instructions and established safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
What We're Looking For
Previous outdoor work experience such as construction, concrete, landscaping, utilities, or similar work.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Comfortable performing physical labor outdoors.
Ability to work 9–12 hour shifts.
Flexibility to work Saturdays during the summer schedule when needed.
Previous employees may be considered for rehire based on eligibility and reason for separation.
Schedule
Full-time, 5-day workweek
Typically 9–12 hour days
Summer schedule may include Saturday work
