Green Sentry, LLC, a licensed Florida Medical Marijuana Treatment Center (MMTC), is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our agricultural production team in Eustis, Florida.

Job Responsibilities
Assist with planting, cultivation, harvesting, trimming, and processing.
Weigh, package, label, and inspect products.
Maintain clean, organized work areas.
Follow safety procedures and meet daily production goals.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding agricultural position. Employees may work in hot, humid, and non-climate-controlled environments, including greenhouses and outdoor areas, with exposure to changing Florida weather conditions.
Duties may require prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements. Applicants must be able to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Employment Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must successfully complete a Level 2 background screening as required by Florida law.
Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
Position Details
Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
