Plumber / Drain Cleaner – Job Description
Northwest Plumbing Solutions, LLC is looking for an experienced Plumber / Drain Cleaner to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing the job right.
The ideal candidate will have enough plumbing and drain-cleaning experience to work independently and be in their own service van within approximately one month of hire. This position requires interacting directly with customers, diagnosing plumbing problems, completing repairs, and clearly communicating findings and recommendations.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing service and repair
- Clear main sewer lines and secondary drain lines using drain-cleaning equipment
- Diagnose plumbing and drainage issues and determine appropriate repairs
- Perform common plumbing repairs and fixture replacements
- Work independently and manage assigned service calls
- Provide clear information to the office for estimates, invoices, and job documentation
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and service vehicle
- Pay close attention to details and quality of workmanship
- Follow company procedures and safety practices
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to participate in the after-hours on-call rotation one weekend per month
Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour. Once the employee is able to work independently and operate their own service van, hourly pay will increase.
