RG Tree Services is looking for an experienced tree climber to join our crew in Humboldt County.
Position: Tree Climber Starting Pay: $25/hour Performance Raise: Additional $5/hour after the first week based on climbing ability, productivity, safety practices, and overall skill assessment.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of professional tree climbing experience
Own climbing gear required
Experience with pruning, removals, and basic rigging
Reliable transportation
Ability to work safely and efficiently at height
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with technical removals and negative rigging
Valid driver's license
Experience operating chainsaws and working around chippers
We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality tree work, works safely, and can be a productive member of a growing crew.
