My Roomate and I are looking for other roommates to fill two cozy rooms in our Eureka home.
House is located in Central Eureka on F St, midway between Old Town and Henderson Center. There is a nice yard, garden, deck, and firepit. Street parking. There's an onsite washer & dryer. No additional pets. Tenants are also responsible for yard care!
ROOM B: Available Now ($500/month + shared utilities & $500 Security Deposit) The room is 12' x 10' with one large window. It gets good morning light and is quiet, backyard facing. It is carpeted. This room doesn't have a closet but it has two small exposed clothing rods as well as two big built in drawers.
Utilities run $120-150 depending on the season. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living.
Potential housemates must be LGBTQIA2S+ friendly, desire a peaceful environment, and be clean. No indoor smoking. 420 friendly outside :)
A bit about us: We're 2 gals in our early-mid 20s who enjoy the outdoors, cooking, crafts, and keeping a clean place. We would prefer someone at a similar stage of life but are open to folks who just share similar values.
All potential housemates will need to complete an application with the landlord and meet all landlord criteria. 6-month lease required.
