Looking for a clean, quiet housemate to join a nicely renovated shared home on 15th St in Eureka. Currently all male in mid 20s, they would like to keep the age demographic the same.
Available now:
✨ Private bedroom
✨ Shared bathroom (2 bathrooms in house)
✨ Washer & dryer in house
✨ Small shared yard
✨ Street parking
✨ Quiet neighborhood
✨ Newly renovated kitchen + common areas
Rent: $595/month
Deposit: $595
Utilities: shared among tenants (typically ~$90–$120/month)
The house has a good group dynamic and we’re hoping to find someone who values a calm, clean living environment. Not a house for parties.

Previous tenant review:
⭐ “I rented here since June 2024 and had a positive experience. The house itself is lovely and everything works like it should. Maintenance requests were handled quickly. The landlords are communicative and fair. The street is relatively quiet and the roommates are respectful and responsible. I would recommend it.”
Sorry, no pets.
