$1,500 deposit. Pet (cat or SMALL, trained adult dog under 10 pounds) considered with additional $500 pet deposit. No cultivating cannabis in any part of the building. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the unit, in common areas, or in areas that may bother other tenants. *Note: the red steps in the second photo lead to a small, unfinished attic space that is not part of the rental square footage.
Tenant pays electricity/gas, water/sewer. Owner pays garbage. After approval, tenants must procure and produce evidence of standard renters liability insurance, and provide evidence of renewal each year. Month-to-month tenancy will automatically renew at the end of each month unless changed or terminated with 30 days notice.
