Our endodontic practice is dedicated to providing patients with expert, compassionate root canal and
specialty dental care. Many of our patients arrive anxious or in pain, and our front office team plays a
critical role in setting the tone for their entire visit — with warmth, clear communication, and genuine
care. We're looking for a Front Office Coordinator who takes pride in being the calm, welcoming first
point of contact for every person who walks through our doors.
What You'll Do:
• Greet and check in patients with warmth and empathy, recognizing that many are nervous about
their procedure
• Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage a busy, ever-changing
calendar
• Verify insurance benefits, explain coverage and treatment costs clearly, and process payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Coordinate closely with referring dentists offices to manage patient referrals and follow-ups
• Keep the front office running smoothly — managing supplies, correspondence, and daily
administrative tasks
• Anticipate needs before they become problems, and jump in wherever help is needed.
What We're Looking For:
Compassionate Patient Care
• A natural ability to put anxious patients at ease with kindness and patience
• Strong listening skills and genuine empathy for people in pain or under stress
• A calm, reassuring presence, even when the schedule gets hectic
Organization
• Excellent multitasking skills — juggling phones, check-ins, insurance, and scheduling without
missing a beat
• Meticulous attention to detail, especially with patient records and insurance information
• Comfort with dental practice management software (experience with [specific software] a plus)
Self-Motivation
• A proactive, take-initiative attitude — someone who sees what needs to be done and does it
• Reliability and a strong sense of ownership over the front office experience
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a specialty dental practice
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of front office experience in a dental or medical setting preferred
• Familiarity with dental insurance and billing procedures a plus
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Why Join Us
• Supportive, tight-knit team environment
• Opportunities for growth and continuing education
• Competitive pay and benefits [ health insurance, PTO, 401(k), etc.]
• The chance to make a real difference in patients comfort and care every single day
