I am subletting my tinyhome sanctuary this fall and am looking for someone who will take good care of it while I'm gone. The house is connected to an artists community and a very loving set of neighbors, so someone who is community minded is preferred. Washer and dryer are on the premises, no pets permitted and the place is best for someone under 5’8”. Single occupancy. $830 a mo includes wifi, water, trash, electric. House and hot water is on propane which you'll be responsible for.
It is available as early as August 25.
