We are a small but busy team looking for a third part-time dental assistant as we slowly expand.
Our current hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday, and possibly the occasional Friday with the hygienist.
We have a part-time position available now, but there will be opportunity to move into a full-time position in the future.
You may choose your hours and days.
We prefer experienced assistants with an RDA license, but if you have previous experience as a DA and plan to get licensed, please reach out.
Duties include:
- Sterilizing instruments
- Setting up and taking down rooms between patients
- Seating patients
- Taking x-rays
- Helping hygienists
- Chair-side assistance
- Treatment planning
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a team player and looks out for others
- Works efficiently and flexibly under pressure
- Takes initiative of their own learning and growth
- Converses easily with patients and helps make them feel comfortable
