Great location in Manila. Five minute walk to the beach! Ten minute drive to both Arcata and Eureka. Quiet neighborhood with few neighbors. Landlords and kids live on the same property.
No smoking tobacco in or near home.
LEASE DETAILS: Our long term plan is for this house is to become a furnished rental. We make regular upgrades, and some are better to do when a tenant is not living here. With that in mind, we are flexible on lease terms but like to determine a good length of time for both of us.

Obviously one of the most important parts of finding a tenant is someone who can pay the rent on time every month, keep the place clean, and be responsible. The house has its quirks but we are responsible and communicative and want you to enjoy living here.
The house is on our property but there is lots of space between us, giving a decent amount of privacy. We will cross paths, but not often. We are very neighborly but really enjoy the quiet and privacy that comes with living at the end of the road, and we like to provide that for our tenants as well.
Heating is provided by a propane wall heater or by the small wood stove. There are several small propane tanks that are the tenant's responsibility to switch out and refill (the propane truck cannot reach them). It is the tenant's responsibility to purchase and have their wood supply delivered and do the chopping, etc. Electricity is determined monthly by a meter gauge and will be requested by landlords. Our last tenant was paying between $60-100 a month.
There is a stretch of driveway back to your place where you can park. Then it is an open-air walk back to the house. There is no garage and not much outdoor storage for bikes, etc.
The mailbox is at the start of the road. Many tenants have gotten PO Boxes to avoid mail confusion and theft.
