I have here the synergee curl bar, set of synergee rubberized Olympic change plates, and two lock jaw clamps. I paid 190 for plates(stupid expensive for fractional plates) , I believe 175 for bar and 40 dollars for lockjaw clamps. So this set up was around $400. Selling all of it for 150. Nice little curl bar set up.
