Luhr Jensen Little Chief Smoker. This was used by my father to make the BEST SMOKED SALMON! He was an amazing fisherman and was known by everyone for the smoked salmon he made.
The box is Smokey because the smoker is loaded up and the box is then put back over it to help retain MORE smoke.
