We are searching to add new members to our team. We have an adult foster home for individuals diagnosed with developmental delays.
Our goal is to find someone who will provide superior care, who has a good sense of humor and good communication skills. Someone who can remain calm under pressure and avoids power struggles.
We are looking for someone with experience in the field of caregiving and who is comfortable with providing care with both personal hygiene needs and behavior. Someone who is fun but has good boundaries. This is a position that requires you to be there 3 consecutive 24hr hour shifts.
1 year experience necessary.
Job duties include:
Providing daily support needs
Including hygiene needs
Medication management
Behavioral management
Community inclusion
Housekeeping tasks as needed
Time management
Taking initiative while working independently
Driving
