Are you good with people, organized, and able to keep things moving when the day gets busy? We’re looking for an **experienced RV Service Writer** to join our team.
As a Service Writer, you’ll be the connection between our customers and our service technicians. You’ll help customers understand what their RV needs, keep repairs moving through the shop, and make sure everyone stays informed along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Welcome customers and help identify their RV service and repair needs
* Create accurate repair orders and service estimates
* Schedule service appointments and help coordinate the shop’s workload
* Work directly with technicians throughout the repair process
* Keep customers informed about repairs, timelines, and costs
* Assist with parts, warranty claims, and service documentation
* Prepare invoices and process customer payments
* Help make sure each customer has a positive experience from check-in to pickup
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who communicates well, stays organized, and doesn't get overwhelmed when several things are happening at once.
Previous **RV, automotive, powersports, or similar service-writing experience** is preferred. You should be comfortable working with service and scheduling software, communicating with technicians and customers, and taking ownership of your work.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who works well with a team and understands the importance of taking care of the customer.
