Job Summary
Bonn Roof Care has been known for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service since 1982. We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and motivated Roofing Laborer to join our roofing team. The Roofing Laborer will assist with all aspects of roofing projects, including roof tear-offs, material handling, site preparation, installation assistance, cleanup, and general labor duties.
The ideal candidate is physically capable, comfortable working outdoors and at heights, follows safety procedures, and works well as part of a team. Previous roofing or construction experience is preferred but not required.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist roofing crews with tear-offs and removal of existing roofing materials.
• Load, unload, carry, and organize roofing materials and equipment.
• Assist roofers with installation of shingles, underlayment, flashing, and other roofing materials as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the workday.
• Remove debris and dispose of old roofing materials properly.
• Set up and maintain ladders, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with ground-level duties, including material staging and cleanup.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Follow instructions from the roofing foreman and crew leaders.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable working on roofs and at elevated heights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn roofing techniques and construction practices.
• Previous roofing or construction experience is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work for extended periods.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and work at elevated heights.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions.

Work Environment
This position involves working outdoors on residential and/or commercial roofing projects.
