Hi! I’m looking for a mature person who enjoys beauty over chaos, an organic garden, and peaceful surroundings.
Wake up to birdsong and morning light from the backyard. The bedroom has a private patio door with direct backyard access, giving you your own quiet connection to the garden.
There is also covered space for a motorcycle or bicycle.
This rental is for one person only.
An educated dog and a wise cat live here, and we are huge animal lovers. A second dog that is well-behaved, neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations would be welcomed.
BEDROOM:
The room includes a full-size bed, leather couch, armchair, refrigerator, microwave, and other basic appliances.
Although the room offers excellent privacy and is in a separate building, it is a bedroom, not a studio. The bathroom and main kitchen are shared spaces inside the main house, just a short 10-step walk from the bedroom.
LOCATION:
About 5 minutes to Lane Community College, with an easy, light-traffic drive to UO, downtown Eugene, and Springfield via 30th Avenue.
The backyard attracts birds, butterflies, and honeybees. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, with a bit of a rural feel while still being close to town.
The garden is slowly becoming a food-and-flower forest. It’s definitely a work in progress, but that’s part of the fun.
I value a healthy, eco-friendly lifestyle and respect for animals. I am vegetarian, but you can cook in your room and also on the patio.
No smoking or vaping.
References and standard rental screening required.
Long-term preferred, but temporary arrangements may be considered.
