Discreet structure with two large rooms and one small one tucked away in an enchanted backyard environment. Great west Eugene neighborhood with easy access to the bike path and bus lines. No private bathroom or running water in the building but the main house is a short stroll away and has all the essentials.

Rent/$700 + Share of utilities (per person) + $350 deposit on move in. Absolutely NO CATS or DOGS.
