Join our warm, resident-focused team at Terpening Terrace, Eugene's premier affordable luxury retirement community. We're seeking a reliable on-call Night Shift Team Member to cover vacation and sick leave to help maintain our elegant, home-like environment overnight while supporting our residents' independence and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer occasional phone calls and provide friendly, professional assistance
Launder and press uniform shirts for the dining room team
Perform light ironing and basic housekeeping tasks
Assist with breakfast setup in the dining room
Respond to occasional resident emergencies or needs with calm professionalism
This role requires the ability to work independently, strong time management skills, and a genuine enjoyment of helping others. We are willing to provide training to the right candidate.
Schedule & Compensation:
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Full-time positions would include:
401(k) with matching
Health, dental, and vision insurance
Paid time off (vacation and sick)
Holiday pay
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Able to pass background check and drug screening
Positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a natural smile
