The Electro-Harmonix Q-Tron is an envelope-controlled filter (often called an "auto-wah") pedal designed to produce dynamic, touch-sensitive filter sweeps. Originally designed in collaboration with Mike Beigel—the creator of the legendary Mu-Tron III—the Q-Tron was created as a modern successor to give guitarists, bassists, and synth players classic analog funk tones.
