On offer is a Monark Dual Springer fork for Schwinn. It will fit the classic 26" wheel bikes with a 1" threaded steerer tube. It was purchased on ebay from Crossbow USA, the Monark fork reproducer. (Note: their current price is $189). It will most likely fit other brands frames as well - pruchaser (you) to confirm your fitment requirements. The fork has the tab to mount a disc brake caliper if desired. This is the set-up that I used and it worked out very well with a 160mm rotor.
Note: the asking price is a hundred bucks less than new. The ask is pretty much take it or leave it. I think it is quite fair.
