Selling our loveseat sleeper with matching ottoman/hassock. Good condition for an older sofa, solid. Fold-out bed works fine. Seat cushion could be more supportive yet offers additional mileage. Fabric upholstery in good shape minus very minor spot stains/discoloration here and there. Noticeable stain on the seat cushion (coffee, I believe--see photo) but can remain hidden thanks to the reversible cushion. One of the armrests has an approximately 2"-long tear. Ottoman/hassock also in very good condition. Nonsmoking household. Loveseat measures approximately 5' long x 3' deep. Good option for a college student with limited space. Asking $150, cash only.

Strong preference given to pick-up, and to someone who can help move it out our front door and down the stairs. It's definitely a two-person job. All the better if you can bring a buddy to help lift. I MAY offer local delivery, with assistance, for a fee.
